Easy Social Content, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Easy Social Content website (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at terms of service.
Definitions
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a User’s device.
Data Controller means a person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.
Data Processor (or Service Provider) means any person (other than an employee of the Data Controller) who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.
We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively. Data Subject is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.
The User is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.
Information Collection And Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Personal data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: email address, first and last name, cookies and usage data.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Usage Data
We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, maintain sessions, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and protect account security. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our cookie banner because the Service may not function correctly without them.
With your consent, we may also use optional analytics and advertising technologies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook to understand site usage, measure campaigns, and provide or measure relevant advertising. Optional analytics and advertising technologies will not be activated unless you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. Selecting “Reject” will prevent us from intentionally activating those optional technologies on that browser.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Clearing browser storage may reset your cookie choice. Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to reject optional advertising technologies and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Examples of technologies we use or may use include:
Session Cookies: We use Session Cookies to operate our Service.
Preference Cookies: We use Preference Cookies to remember your preferences and various settings.
Security Cookies: We use Security Cookies for security purposes.
Analytics and Advertising Cookies: If you consent, we may use these technologies to understand site performance, measure advertising, and support future Google and Meta marketing campaigns.
Social Account and Content Data
When you connect a social media account, we may receive and process OAuth access or refresh tokens, permissions granted to our application, social page or account identifiers, account names, profile information, and information about the pages or accounts you are authorized to manage. We use this information to establish and maintain the connection, display connected accounts, and provide publishing features you request.
We also process content and instructions you submit, including text, images, property information, captions, brand assets, scheduling information, and publishing preferences. We may maintain records of publishing activity, delivery status, errors, platform responses, and disconnection events to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
If you disconnect a social account or revoke our permissions through the applicable platform, we will stop using the connection to publish new content. Some historical publishing records and content may remain for the retention periods described below. Disconnecting a social account does not itself close your account or cancel a paid Subscription.
Use of Data
Easy Social Content uses the collected data for various purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service
To notify you about changes to our Service
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
To provide customer support
To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
To monitor the usage of our Service
To detect, prevent and address technical issues
To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information
Retention of Data
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Unless a longer period is required for those purposes, our general retention periods are:
- Account and profile data: while your account is active and for up to two years after account closure.
- Submitted and generated content: for up to two years after creation or last use in providing the Service.
- Billing and transaction metadata: for up to seven years for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Stripe may retain payment information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
- Login IP addresses and security logs: generally for up to twelve months, unless needed longer to investigate abuse, protect the Service, or comply with law.
- Social credentials and OAuth tokens: while the applicable social connection and account remain active. We target deletion or revocation within 30 days after disconnection or account closure, with residual encrypted backup copies removed through normal backup cycles within 90 days.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you. When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Easy Social Content will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Business Transaction
If Easy Social Content is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Easy Social Content may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Legal Requirements
Easy Social Content may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
To comply with a legal obligation
To protect and defend the rights or property of Easy Social Content
To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
To protect against legal liability
Security Of Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, encrypted network connections, credential protections, service monitoring, and managed infrastructure and backups appropriate to the nature of the information.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Although we work to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@easysocialcontent.com.
Browser Privacy Signals
Because there is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track (“DNT”), we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control as described above.
United States State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we maintain about you, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information, and obtain information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of recipients to which it is disclosed.
You may also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to the service providers identified below so they can perform services on our behalf. We do not currently activate cross-context behavioral advertising technologies. If we introduce consent-based Google or Meta advertising technologies, their use may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state laws even when no money is exchanged. You may opt out by selecting “Reject” in our cookie notice or by enabling Global Privacy Control in a supported browser.
To submit a privacy request, email support@easysocialcontent.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to the mailing address below. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and the state in which you reside. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.
If we deny your request and your state provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will review the appeal and provide a written response within the period required by applicable law.

We disclose personal information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Depending on the features you use, our providers include:
- Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing-related fraud signals. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
- Meta, Facebook, and Instagram provide social-account connection and publishing services and may later provide consent-based advertising measurement.
- Laravel Cloud hosts the application, databases, files, and related infrastructure.
- Cloudflare provides network delivery, performance, DNS, and security services and may process IP addresses and request metadata.
- Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Drive support business email, customer communications, and file storage. Google Analytics and Google Ads may later process optional analytics and advertising data only after consent.
- Make provides workflow automation and may process submitted content, account identifiers, and delivery status needed to run configured workflows.
- Bannerbear and Abyssale provide image and creative generation and may process text, images, property details, templates, and brand assets submitted for generation.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information to professional advisors, law enforcement, regulators, or a successor in a business transaction when permitted or required by law.
Payments
Stripe processes payment-card details and other billing information for paid products and Subscriptions. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe’s processing is governed by its Privacy Policy.
Links To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
